Overview
Vynix takes a structured approach to protecting customer data across its infrastructure and internal operations. Customer data is stored in the United States and transmitted exclusively over encrypted connections. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored. This page describes the controls Vynix currently has in place.
Infrastructure & hosting
Vynix is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, leveraging its global network for availability and traffic security. Customer data is stored in the United States. Automated daily backups are performed to protect against data loss.
Data protection
All data transmitted to and from Vynix is protected using TLS 1.2 or higher. All customer data stored at rest is encrypted. These controls apply across Vynix's production environment.
Access & authentication
Access to production data is restricted to a limited set of authorized Vynix staff. All access is logged. Customers authenticate using an email address and password.
Subprocessors
Vynix shares customer data with a small number of third-party subprocessors necessary to deliver the service. Anthropic processes data to support AI-powered features. Resend or SendGrid is used for transactional email delivery.
Compliance
Vynix is currently pursuing SOC 2 certification and has not yet completed the audit or obtained the certification. No other compliance certifications are currently held or being pursued.
Incident response
Vynix does not currently have a formal incident response process in place. Vynix does not have a commitment to notify customers in the event of a security incident. The company is at an early stage of formalizing its security practices.
