1. Who we are
Zedrus ("Zedrus", "we", "us") is a product of Vynix LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By creating an account or using zedrus.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Zedrus lets you answer a guided security questionnaire, generates a draft trust page with the help of artificial intelligence, and — after you review and approve it — publishes it as a public page at zedrus.com/<your-slug>. A free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription are available.
3. Accounts
Accounts are personal (one user per account) and authenticated by email magic link. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account email and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Pro Monthly ($19/month): charged immediately on subscribing. Payments are non-refundable.
- Pro Annual ($190/year): starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged when it ends. Once charged, payments are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Dashboard → Manage subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid (or until the trial ends, if canceling during a trial).
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices may change with prior notice effective from your next renewal.
5. Your content and public pages
You own the content you submit and publish through the Service. Published trust pages are public by design — anyone with the link can view them. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the claims made on your page. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve your published page as part of operating the Service. We may unpublish or remove pages that are unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive.
6. AI-generated drafts
Draft copy is generated by an artificial-intelligence model (Anthropic's Claude) from your questionnaire answers. Drafts may contain errors or inaccuracies. You must review and approve all content before publishing. Zedrus does not guarantee the accuracy of generated content and does not provide legal, security, or compliance advice; a published trust page does not constitute a certification or audit of any kind.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; publish false or deceptive security claims; impersonate another person or company; attempt to break, overload, or bypass the Service's security or rate limits; or resell the Service without our written consent.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, software, and branding belong to Vynix LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Your content remains yours, as described in Section 5.
9. Termination
You may unpublish your pages or stop using the Service at any time; to delete your account and data, email us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections 5–12 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vynix LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions made by third parties based on your published pages.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute, contact us first at [email protected] — most issues can be resolved informally.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
